Great hotel - close to all you can eat breakfast places, the falls, the casino, the shows, and the skylon Tower. I strongly recommend, especially if you will be making a visit to the falls and the casino. For future visits to Niagara Falls, I will be coming back to stay at this hotel.

Hotel was difficult to find and under renovation. Poor signage. Was told there was breakfast included when booking and then pointed to a restaurant to pay extra in the morning. Valet parking is not efficient and took a long time to bring our vehicle. Won't go back here.

doing major construction at the hotel, only one elevator working other being used for construction crew. Staff was great, rooms ok but who wants to wait 20-30 min for an elevator, valet is a litle slow. 20 min walk down a steep hill but going back was a killer.

Unon arriving at the hotel, our room was not what we had ordered, 1 bed , not 2, had to either wait, accept a rollaway, or accept a room with the view of a brick wall. Once we got into our room, nice view of the brick wall I might add, the room was what we thought to be acceptable, until we pulled the covers back on the bed and found used condom wrappers lying there, this was disgusting and not pleasant considering we were travelling with our teenage daughter, this was just not acceptable. hotel is fair to poor, thats being generous, elevators are slow and crowded, often have to wait just to get on one. needless to say, didn't really enjoy our stay at this hotel!

We normally stay at Diplomat Inn because its a tiny bit cheaper, decent room and not too far from the falls and entertainment that comes with it. However this time we decided walking was not our thing and decided to spend a little more and try this hotel out. We were very satisfied with this decision, the walk was effortless to the falls, casino, club and such, the room was very clean, as is the rest of the hotel, service was good and the beds were sooooo comfy. Checking in and out was a breeze, valet parking was prompt to get our car which was nice since we were constantly on the go and in a rush usually. I will now instead be staying at this hotel, the extra money is worth is since the hotel is so much better. Our room was on the 16th floor, which ended up getting its own elevator so going up and down was really fast as well.

The Four Point Sheraton is a nice hotel. The problem I have with it is that there were not enough towels, plastic glasses or stryafoam coffee cups for 4 people. Also, the Conceirge steered us wrong, not once but twice. So, if you know where you want to go to eat, where to go to see the Falls, and don't mind waiting for towels, glasses or cups, then by all means stay the the Four Point. When I registered I could register for a smoking room and the web site valet parking is available. In truth, the hotel was a non-smoking hotel and valet parking was mandatory for us. Would have been nice to know about the extra $23 charge to begin with.

Room was very outdated in its decor. Felt like the 70's, but we did not go there just for the hotel room. Staff was very helpful and courtious. I would recommend it to others. Resturants in lower level are extremely expensive, would suggest looking at menu prices before being seated.

The only problem that I had with our rooms was the smell of smoke. We requested two non-smoking rooms, but our rooms had a very strong odor of cigarette. The hotel tried to hide the smell by using machine generated fragrance scent. Otherwise, the location and view was excellent. I would not return to this hotel again until I try some other hotels nearby with similar pricing.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel I fell in love with it. When I checked in they asked me if I wanted to upgrade my room to the suite. The room was really nice and clean. My only problems were that the pool looked nothing like in the pictures on the website. Also the elevators were soooo slow. Other than that it was in a great location really close to the falls and dining areas. I would recommend this to anyone.

The hotel didn't have the room type we booked for the first 2 nights, but they covered for that with discounts and waving parking fees. Net-net, I ended up having a 3rd night free, in the type of room I booked. Besides that little glitch, everything else was perfect! Great hotel condition and location.

we were very pleased with the rooms and amenities of the hotel, and the location, but the views were not great. We had a "river view" room and we could indeed see the river - past the huge parking garage across the street. Fortunately, we hadn't planned on sitting in the room looking at the view, and the location was within walking distance to the Falls and many area attractions.

The hotel is very conveniently located which is why my girlfriend and i chose to stay there for the second time. The customer service of the hotel was excellent and the "NEW" lobby is much much nicer that the previous lobby area. It was also nice to have the express elevator for the top floors. The only thing that was a bit of a downer was the lack of TV channels, i am not sure if it was just our room but we seemed to only have 10 channels to watch. I would definitely be interested in staying with this hotel again and will recommend it to friends.
